Fitness Kickboxing Classes
(Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays)
These classes are fun, HIGH INTENSITY INTERVAL workouts!
Fitness kickboxing action-packed workouts combine correct body movement,
punching, kicking,
and striking techniques,
against freestanding fitness kickboxing bags,
providing both resistance training and cardiovascular benefits,
as well as valuable self-defense skills!
Classes are suitable for all fitness, age, and experience levels!
Plus, in between 'Rounds on the Bag'....lots of conditioning and core work is
done to make these hour-long classes
a true TOTAL BODY FAT-BURNING workout.
We provide the gloves and hand wraps...
all you need is the 'punch'!
(and 'indoor-only' training shoes please to keep our custom sprung floor mats clean).
Strength & Conditioning Classes
(Tuesdays and Thursdays)
These classes are focused on four principles:

Our instructors are skilled in modifying each exercise to the appropriate level for each class member,
so that the class is highly challenging, but achievable, for you - whatever your current fitness level.
